We will perform a 30-point checklist on your PC to determine why your computer is not working as it should and identify the problem through a series of system checks and diagnostics. Once the issue is identified, we will advise you on the best course of action to get your computer operational. It is designed to test the functionality of the PC, updating out of date software, identifying hardware faults, suggesting upgrades, and removing viruses and malicious software. We will also install free security software and clean out the inside of your PC all for one price (excluding hardware), any hardware installation will be included within this PC service. On completion of the Health Check a report is produced to show the status of the PC, the improvements made, along with any recommendations for repairs to the operating system (not included) or hardware that needs replacement.
